Is postage included in the prices listed and which shipping methods do you use?

All products from the Qugii webshop are delivered free of charge in the EU.
All costs, including postage charges are always included in the price.
The price of the product is the final price.

Qugii uses Royal Danish Post for delivery of all letters and packages.
Whether the jewellery, clothes or accessories are for you or a special gift for someone, all jewellery will arrive at the door in appropriate packaging.

When do you deliver?

We deliver products from Monday through Friday. Orders are usually shipped the same day or next. Delivery time is usually 3 working days within the EU.

Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?

Yes it is possible.
If you want to send a gift or for other reasons want to send the package to another address than your own; please modify the name and address information at checkout screen 2/4.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be happy with your jewellery, clothes or accessories so if your item is not as pictured and described we will give you an exchange or your money back.

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item with the item intact and any seals intact, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid.
- You will need to pay for the return shipment.

If you need to return goods because they are defective or otherwise do not conform to your order.
- We will pay for the return shipment.

Please state clearly the kind of defectiveness or why the goods did not comply with your order.

How do I know when my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.

How secure is the online credit card payment system you use?

We use Paypal one of the largest payment service providers in the world. We never see your credit card information; the transaction goes directly through their secure servers.
Once you have checked out from our site you will enter the Paypal secure system(Checkout step 4/4) which is quite separate from our own servers.
