When you place an order to purchase a product on this website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

When we have dispatched your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail about the dispatch.
Acceptance will be complete at the time we send this e-mail.

7. Delivery and shipping.
We deliver products Monday through Friday.
Orders are usually shipped the same day or next.
Delivery time is usually 3 working days within the EU.

8. Availability.
Fulfillment of all orders on the Website is subject to availability.

We try to ensure that all items offered for sale are in stock. However we reserve the right not to accept any orders or to cancel confirmed orders for products that are out of stock. In such event we will inform you by e-mail and any payments will be refunded.

9. Payment processor.
All payments are handled by PayPal, a very well known and secure credit card processor.
It is possible to pay with most common credit cards + Paypal account.

10. Returning items.
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with the items intact and any seals intact, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
You will need to pay for the return shipment.

If you need to return goods because they are defective or otherwise do not conform with your order.
